- Rentals already paid and not started can be changed free of charge, on request, no later than 48 hours before the initially scheduled departure.
- On request, at the latest 48 hours before the initially planned departure, the rental amount can also be converted into a credit note, valid for 18 months, calculated from the departure date of the initially planned rental.
- In the absence of a modification request less than 48 hours in advance, the rental is considered due and no credit note can be edited.
- Any cancellation request, and any unused assets that have expired, will not be refunded.
- In case of reduction of the rental period, there will be no refund possible.
- Any rental started is due and non-refundable |
